Service Description:
|
The Filipino-Canadian Association is a nonprofit group promoting and representing the Filipino-Canadian culture in Simcoe North. Purposes include:
* To promote and represent the Philippine-Canadian Culture by means of participation in matters of civic, social, educational, moral, spiritual and physical aspects in community activities.
* To cooperate with other organizations engaged in worthwhile endeavours for the public welfare and for the advancement of education.
* Organize social and recreational activities including a family picnic in July and a Thanksgiving Dinner and Dance in October held at the Coldwater District Community Centre.
