Mobile Seating and Mobility Clinics in North Simcoe Muskoka: Summer and fall schedules now available

The Mobile Seating and Mobility Clinics, offered by Lifemark Senior Wellness, provides free walker, manual wheelchair and wheelchair seating assessments for community seniors (age 55+) living in North Simcoe Muskoka. 

Please note: that the clinics are unable to provide assessments for power wheelchairs and scooters as those require a home environment visit be completed to in order to assess.

To schedule an appointment for a free mobility assessment please call 1-800-315-4417. Please DO NOT call the facility where the clinic is being held.
