Community-based program that works with a community service provider to navigate and establish individualized supports to either find a job, start a business or career advancement

Services include:

job preparation
on-the-job supports
adaptive technology
assistive devices and training
assistance to develop a business plan (if starting a business)
access to a service provider that specializes in self-employment
