Service Description:

Voluntary home visiting program for families who may benefit from additional support during pregnancy or any time up until children begin school * Public health nurse and family home visitor work together with the family to support healthy growth and development for children
Program may also include information on:- healthy pregnancies
- adjusting to postpartum changes
- self-care as a parent
- assistance to find help and support as a parent
- connecting with your child
- child feeding at different stages and ages
- support through developmental milestones
- referring to in-home clinical services
