Note: This is NOT a walk-in clinic
Services with a Nurse Practitioner are also offered to registered clients in Elmvale on Wednesdays by appointment at the Springwater Health Services Building (Kenzie Knox Building - 35 Queen Street West, Elmvale) from 9am-3pm

Most medical services covered by OHIP * Client care fund is used to support clients with urgent care needs (paying rent, buying groceries, transportation, etc)

For new patients in need of primary health care, call reception to get on the waitlist. Partner organizations can refer clients with more urgent needs by calling the main line.
