Service Description:

Support for people living with diabetes, pre-diabetes, Type 1 diabetes - one-on-one or group consultation on monitoring blood sugar levels, medications, healthy eating, exercise and other lifestyle choices
- registered nurse, dietitian on staff
Additional services available in group and individual settings include:- starting insulin
- insulin pumps
- education programs
- pregnancy and diabetes
- education awareness events
- education and training for health care professionals
- community service group
