Service Description:

CARAH house (Courage and Recovery and Hope) is a residential home in Barrie, with 5 short-term beds available to accommodate those who are experiencing a mental health, psychosocial or addiction related crisis
Services available:
- non-medical services
- respite
- medication education
- crisis prevention
- safety planning
- coping strategies
- referrals to community services as required
- all other crisis services (telephone, mobiles) are also available
- one residential bed reserved for Police use daily 24 hours

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Youth and Adults experiencing mental health, addiction, or psychosocial crisis * must be medically stable and not intoxicated
