Service Description:
|
Group program running 3-5 days per week * assessment, stabilization, community referral and follow-up for individuals with a diagnosis of serious mental illness
- groups include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Health and Wellness, Mindfulness, Communication, Self-Esteem, Co-Dependency, Anxiety and Mood, Concurrent Disorders, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy
- length of program varies from four to eight weeks
- individual counselling
- family or social support counselling
- brief transitional case management for those transitioning from the hospital to the community

Youth, Young Adults, Adults must have a diagnosis of serious mental illness
