Service Description:
|
Safe and supportive environment for clients to recover or transition into a more permanent living arrangement * 12 beds located in Orillia, Brechin, and Coldwater * maximum of 90 days for stay
Services available:
- 24 hour onsite or on-call supervision from a Personal Care Worker
- personal care assistance
- transfers and mobility
- medication monitoring
- laundry
- assessment on daily basis
