Professional Social Worker, registered with Ontario College of Social Workers and the Ontario Association of Social Workers * fully insured * accustomed to contract work with non-profits as well as individual counselling and consulting * appointments can be in clients' homes or offices
Services available:
- assistance for older adults and caregivers to navigate services and resources required to attain supports
- current lifestyle assessment, consultation and planning
- grant writing with specialization in funds for older adults and violence prevention projects
- program development for non-profits
- group facilitation
- information/education sessions
- design evaluations
- train staff and volunteers
