Eight-week program for parents suffering mood changes after the birth of a baby * virtual
Services include:- connects with other new parents experiencing mood changes
- open discussion for relationships and difficult emotions
- coping strategies
- facilitated by a midwife/mental health professional
- child minding available for walking children (toddlers), parents may bring babies in arms
Program of the Hospital is in partnership with CGMH and Collingwood Well Baby Clinic
