Service Description:

Indigenous Resource Centre that has support, programs, and services that are culturally appropriate.
Services available:- academic programs
- information and resources on Indigenous culture and language
- liaison services between Georgian College staff and Indigenous communities, organizations and individuals
- Indigenous student advisors
- college-wide events to promote awareness of cultures and perspectives
- Niwijiagan Program (Peer Mentor Service)
- Visiting Elder Program
- assists with local community-based training initiatives
- Getsijig (Indigenous education counsellor)
