Description: We are seeking passionate, dedicated individuals to join our Board of Directors, contributing to strategic governance and ensuring strong oversight of our housing corporation.
Key responsibilities:
- Attend and actively participate in monthly board, reviewing materials in advance. Time about 2hrs per month.
- Provide strategic guidance, approve budgets, and ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Uphold confidentiality and act in the best interest of the organization.
- Be available for urgent budget approval items.
