Service Description:
|
Assistance and supports for those with developmental needs * build and enhance personal skills as well as networks * Focus on community integration
Individual instruction/counselling in areas such as:- community awareness
- basic cooking
- first aid
- fitness
- developing budgets
- peer pressure
- relationship building
- group sessions involving the Social Skills game and the Circles game are also implemented on a referral basis
- identified need or interest, such as sexual abuse.
Assists senior aged participants to integrate into community senior groups.
