Free legal services to those who have low income and have legal issues * employment law service includes workplace harassment
Cases that fall under scope of service:
- issues at work
- being let go or fired
- denied Employment Insurance
- discriminated against because of disability, sex (including pregnancy), race, age, etc.
- work injuries
Advice and representation before the following bodies:
- Small Claims Court
- Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario
- Social Security Tribunal
- Ontario Labour Relations Board
- Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal
