- 20,000 square foot gymnasium
- 10,000 square foot fitness centre
- multi-purpose room and change rooms
- 147-meter indoor walking/jogging/running track
- locker service available for a fee
- variety of fitness activities such as spinning, pilates, yoga and step aerobics are available
- gymnasium, turf field and rock climbing wall are available for rent
