Six week program for parents suffering from mood changes after the birth of a baby.
Services available:- connects with other new parents experiencing mood changes
- open discussion for relationships and difficult emotions
- coping strategies
- facilitated by a mental health professional
- child minding available for walking children (toddlers), parents may bring babies in arms
