Service Description:
|
Adult outpatient treatment clinics for various conditions needing rehabilitation support. This may include, physiotherapy, swallowing disorders, hand therapy and cardiovascular rehab.
Clinics are Staffed by a multidisciplinary team:- physicians
- nurses
- physiotherapists
- occupational therapists
- radiologists
- speech language pathologists
- recreation therapists
- social workers
Rehabilitation Day Hospital - For patients with more than one therapeutic need following an illness or injury such as stroke or amputation that has occurred within the last 3-4 months
