Service Description:

Program that focuses on skill development to enhance decision-making process for people with diverse disabilities and assistance with access to community resources to gain independency.
Services available:- access to housing
- transportation
- health and wellness
- employment and education training
- coordinator works as a mentor for those in program
- resources and information
- education guidance
- advocacy for individuals with disability
Peer Support Program - A supportive environment to build social connections. Range of activities and recreational programming available to create opportunities to participate and build leadership skills.
