Service Description:

Virtual volunteer centre created to foster and develop volunteerism in South Georgian Bay, by raising awareness of volunteering * Connects people to meaningful volunteer opportunities.
Services include:
- online referral and matching service for volunteer placement within the community for all ages
- education and support for volunteers, community service agencies, and organizations through topic and issue related workshops
- community outreach
Works with the Volunteer Coordinators Network to support and promote volunteerism through advocacy, public and media relations. A member of Volunteer Canada.
